meyerlustenberger führt zusammen mit Swissmem am 30. September 2010 ein Seminar zum Thema "Wirtschaftskrise und Unternehmenssanierung" durch.
Für Swissmem wird Frau lic. iur. Sabine Geiger, Rechtsanwältin, Ressortleiterin Arbeitgeber- und Wirtschaftspolitik bei Swissmem arbeitsrechtliche Aspekte präsentieren. Für meyerlustenberger werden Barbara Zimmermann und Dr. Alexander Vogel steuerliche respektive gesellschaftsrechtliche Aspekte der Unternehmenssanierung vorstellen.

22.07.10 Andrea Opel accepts appointment as Assistant Professor of Law
Andrea Opel has accepted an appointment to become an Assistant Professor of Tax Law at the University of Lucerne School of Law. Her appointment is effective 1 August 2010. Mrs. Opel is looking forward to teaching and furthering her expertise in national and international tax as well as (family) foundation and trust law. meyerlustenberger congratulates Andrea Opel on her appointment and is very pleased that she will continue as a counsel to meyerlustenberger.
