25.02.10 Barbara Müller joins INTA-Komitee
Recently Barbara K. Müller has been elected as a member of the Non-Traditional Marks Committee which forms part of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
INTA is a not-for-profit membership association of more than 5,900 trademark owners and professionals, from more than 190 countries, dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property.
We congratulate Barbara K. Müller to her election and are pleased that thanks to her dedication meyerlustenberger is able to profit both with regard to continuing education and to further cultivating meyerlustenberger's already extensive network within the international legal community.

15.01.10 New lawyer Heike Schulz
meyerlustenberger is delighted to announce that lic. iur. Heike Schulz, LL.M. joined our firm on 1 January 2010. She specialises in company law and litigation.
Heike Schulz studied at the University of Lucerne and obtained in 2007 an LL.M. degree from the Potsdam University. Before her bar exam in 2009 Heike Schulz served as a legal clerk at the district court in Meilen/Zurich.

26.11.09 New partner Markus Alder
meyerlustenberger is delighted to announce that lic.iur. Markus Alder, LL.M. became a partner in our firm on 1 October 2009.
Markus Alder specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions as well as company reorganisations. He also advises Swiss and foreign clients on issues related to contract, commercial and company law. Markus Alder studied at the University of Berne, and was admitted to the bar in 2000.
After his bar exam he worked for two large international commercial law firms in Zurich for several years, and in 2003 he obtained an LL.M. degree from the Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law at Boston University.
